What will the weather be like in mid-March?

We will be leaving for DL on the tenth of March. Where we live, it will be in the 30's (F). Thanks!

Well I'm sure it will not be near 30! Winters in California are not always the way Hollywood portrays. We have had record rain, record heat, and record drought depending on the year. Bring layers. In SoCal layers mean short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve t-stirts, and sweatshirt or jacket. But pack shorts and sandals. The best tan in my life was attained at the beach in January and February one year.

Leave the heavy jackets at home. If you get too cold you can always buy a Disneyland sweatshirt.

It is hard to say because it can vary a lot. When we were there mid-March a few years ago, the weather was beautiful. Sunny every day, no rain. I wore capris & a t-shirt and we'd put on sweatshirts in the morning & evening. Have a wonderful trip!

LA..hmm I would think Capri's, possibly shorts. Depending on the day possibly a ligth sweater. California does get hot but we do get a little nippy wind, plus it may rain. I'd say the weather will be in the 70's, the usual weather. I would not go in the summer if your temperature gets in the 30's, it will be a major shock to your body from the climate . In the summer it gets around 90-100 even 110 .

Oh, we do get warmer than 30 degrees in the summer. That is what it will be around the time we leave . Thanks for all the info!

I would probably say capris and short sleeve or sleeveless shirt but always have a sweater or jacket...like today its 63º and by wednesday its supposed to be 74º and its january...I'm going in March and I may take one or 2 pairs of shorts but mostly capris...
