What will the 1st seating (7:30am) for Cape May be like?

Has anyone gone at this time? How was the character interaction? Was it "too" quiet that early in the morning?

It's me, DH, DD5, MIL, BIL, and DNiece12. This will be our first character meal of our trip and my MIL, BIL and DN's first experience with Disney altogether. We'll be heading to MGM after breakfast. Think we can make the 9:00 opening?

IMHO, what a great way to start a visit!! This trip will be our third time to enjoy this character meal. We always go for the first seating---the food is good and the character interaction is great. Since it is early, it isn't real busy so the characters come by and visit several times. You will have plenty of time to be at MGM by 9:00 am. Enjoy

I always take the first seating when I go. It's perfect. And you won't be alone!! It is a bit "quieter" for the first 30 minutes. By the time you leave, the place will be bustling and you'll be saying "man, I'm glad I went at 7:30."
