What was the latest thing you bought for yourself that you didn't need, but just wanted? I saw a Dooney and Burke purse on Sunday, and yesterday I was back at the dept. store, buying it! I have never owned such a nice purse and I'm just thrilled with my purchase! Since we have had our boys, I really don't spoil myself that much anymore, so this really brightened my day....made for a nice winter pick me up.

So, what have you indulged in lately?

Buying, not really anything. But I definitely indulged myself on the computer all day. I've been doing other stuff too, but I keep coming back.

Ice Cream!!! I crave it when I am pregnant and I bought a lot of it!LOL!

I also bought myself the Mickey Sink Strainer and the Mickey Collander..and I didnt really need them.

I guess it was probably either the Friends DVD (well I do have every episode on DVD now) or my Clinique make up (well if you bought 2 items you got loads free.

But I guess my last real indulgance was the dress I bought in Bloomingdales for $235 (well it was BLOOMINGDALES - I guess I get that from watching Friends too much!!) But my reasoning was that I wanted one from Bloomingdales to go with the one from Maceys and Harrods!! Plus I needed a dress for my friends wedding!!

This is kind of strange, but I spent about $60 on shelves and storage bins to "clean sweep" my laundry room. I actually had fun doing it, I can find all of my craft/scouting supplies instantly, and I feel so good whenever I walk into the laundry room. So, I guess that counts as an indulgence.

Hey! I just bought the mickey collander and the mickey dish drainer. Too!

Totally not needed BUT I love em!

AND my biggest splurge is my new scrap/craft room, cabinets, shelves, orginization bins.

Yep, my winter project.

Well, it isn't really for me. I bought a new bed for DD. Though, I did pick it out! She loves it! I'm trying to make our move to Florida a little less painfull for her.

Here it is...

I just ate a huge apple dumpling......covered with whole milk!

Actually - it's my DH's indulgence. He bought a pair of 20 game season tickets to the Oakland A's + a 4-pak of Sharks (hockey) tix. He got a bonus at work, and we both felt that he deserved it! (I REALLY benefit - last Thursday night was the first pair of hockey tix - he was too busy at work, so older DS & I went!)

Mine is probably over-buying at Bath & Body Works at their post-Christmas sale.

A "Caramel Lovers Gift Pack" from Cooking.com. It was marked down to $19.99 and is filled with caramel goodies: Dulce de Leche, Caramel Fudge, Caramel Sauce, Caramel Lollipops, Chocolate Covered Caramels, Coco Jos, Caramel Tid Bits, and Fleur de Sel Caramels. I have been sampling for days.

I bought 2 suede jackets in a size smaller than I usually wear, and they're loose!!

I wore one of them to work yesterday, and it was like I was getting looked at for the first time. It felt strange, but nice.....

I've had a few splurges as of late that have made me tickled pink - Coach Bag, Dooney & Burke backpack, and from Disney Trip a couple weeks ago...Tinkerbell Wittnauer Watch - after those..I will NEVER be able to splurge again :D

I bought a Skagen Disney watch at World of Disney. I've admired Skagen watches for years but seeing a Disney one gave me the final push to buy one.

I just bought an iPod. It's my gift to myself for consistently going to the gym since New Year's.

Also, my boyfriend got one for Christmas and I was a little bit (okay, a lot) jealous.

Last weekend, walking through Macy's, one of those cosmetic ladies grabbed me for a "facial and make-over". I don't believe I said yes. Next thing I know, I'm at the Chanel counter being made over. They wanted to sell me everything, of course, after they finished making me over. I can't believe I agreed to buy four items and it was over 100 bucks! I refused to tell DH how much I spent! It is not like me to do something like this but, ya know what? - It made me feel GREAT!

I completely understand! I have gotten the cleaning bug lately, and am just so happy to come home with a few items for that each week. Two days ago, I bought 2 soap dispensers for my kitchen sink to help get rid of the ugly clutter. It was only like $20, but it makes me so happy to see them instead of the Dawn and Dial bottles. Now for something to hold my cleaning brushes! I am buying a little something small for the house every week; it's part of my cleaning goals.

Today I bought travel guides for Montreal and Boston. Another $20. That should keep me happy for a while.

I am so easy to please. :teeth:

I bought the DVD "Pirates of the Caribbean" because I believe that doggone it... "Yo Ho Yo Ho a pirate's life for me".:teeth: :lovestruc pirate: (I love that song)

latest splurge....yet ANOTHER pair of Disney jammies! (I SO love my jammies!!) Went to the Disney outlet this past weekend, and they were having a huge sale! I need another pair of jammies like I need a hoe in my head (did I just say that? oh no....I'm turning into my mother. YIKES!!) anyway... they had some really cool Pooh jammies...kinda like a toile, but in color. (I really don't need jammies....they fill 2 drawers of my dresser and are almost all Disney!! But I practically live in them when I'm at home, so hey....)

Also got some Peter Pan ornaments (very nice) the Mickey pizzelle maker, although that wasn't really a splurge 'cause I got it cheaper than I had found it discounted online and was about to buy it there!!
