'66 Chevy Impala. I have a 03 Impala now!!

The first car I drove that my parents owned, but was "mine":

Mine was in brown, and I loved that car. I wish I still had it! I could fit 10 of my closest friends inside and we used to go to drive in movies on dollar car night.

The first car I owned outright:

This was in red. I hated this car, but it was mine, all mine.

A white 1968 El Camino. This was in '93, so it wasn't exactly cool (er... that is if El Caminos were ever cool ...??). Learned to drive in it ... sometimes I couldn't see over the steering wheel!

My parents had a while Pontiac Phoenix hatchback which I could drive in high school. I had to sit on a pillow because the seat was all rotted underneath.

Mine and DH's first car was a Plymouth Sundance, with a tape player and a sun roof. I loved that car.

A '66 Impala. 2 doors, 380 engine, white, with a red interior. It was a sweet car.

mine was a 1978 Chevy Malibu - 4 doors, beige and RUST color. Bought in 1988. $800.00 - the tires kept going flat on me. I hated that car!!!!!

But it was mine.

For my graduation my Dad bought me in 1985 a 1966 plymouth valiant, 4 door, great party car!!!!!

My first car was a gold 1972 Dodge Charger - I bought it in 1976 when I was 16.

A 1969 Plymouth Fury III - it was huge!

GET OUT! That's what my dad bought for me, a white one- in 1989! But all the guys loved it and so did my dad (it was just like his first car, too) so I ended up driving a 1985 Dodge Caravan. To this day I swear I will never have another minivan, and so far, so good!

Oh boy....a cat poop yellow Chevy Monza. I think around a 1975. I LOVED that car!! I put in a brand new cassette player and these huge speakers. Got it my senior year, 83/84. Good times.

I too had an old yet cool car according to the guys. My first vehicle was a 1976 Alpha Romeo. It looked some thing like this expect a little more pink b/c it never got repainted.

I had a 1974 Chevy Vega Hatchback that my mom handed down to me when she upgraded to her brand new 1978 Monte Carlo.

It burned oil like a mother, but it had air conditioning and seen quite a few parties in it's day!

1977 dark green pontiac le mans. I loved it.

Mine was a baby blue Chevy Malibu! I do not remember the year of the car, but I bought it in 1980.

1969 VW Bug. Stick shift. Drove that car until the engine literally fell apart. I still miss it!

1976 Bronze colored Gremlin X. It was a hand me down both my bother and sister drove it.

My first car was a 1976 Chevy Vega that my dad restored for me. The top part of the stickshift was missing, so it was hard to shift, also, it backfired if I downshifted the right way. After a while, my friends learned to bring spare clothes with them. Good times....good times.

1988 Ford Festiva. It was actually a pretty good car..... lasted 8 years and 110,000 miles until I got a batch of bad gasoline and it never could be fixed.

I sold it to some guy for $100 just so he'd tow it away!
