What was I thinking?

We were at DLR last weekend, so I downloaded the wait times app to my phone. It was pretty crowded over the weekend (the 3 hour a.m. closure did nothing to help that) with long lines almost everywhere. Not quite as bad as summer but for example we waited 45 minutes+ for TSMM one night.

Yesterday I was bored waiting in line to order my lunch, so I (stupidly) thought "why not check out the Disneyland wait times?" Knife through my heart! TSMM 15 minutes! Peter Pan 15 minutes! Soarin' 15 mintues! Most everything else 0-5 minutes. Oh, DL wait times app, you're killing me. You're going to have to go.

Well, giggle, you are comparing a weekend wait time to a Thursday mid-day wait time. Not a fair comparison. Don't kick yourself too much.

I agree with Dreams. Start checking it now and for the next 5 weeks. You won't feel so bad.

Oh, I'm not saying I went at the wrong time - and we did have a great time, I'm just saying - I was really jealous of all the people who were there! Better not to think about it.

oh yes, don't do that to yourself :-0

btw, I was there on wed and it was empty!!! just about the emptiest I've ever seen it. ST was a 10-15 min wait, Space was a 5 mins, splash was a walk on... didn't go to fland cuz I was with a friend and her older son but it was great! going again next week bet it won't be as empty.

I was there yesterday and the wait for Toy Story was 30 minutes, as well as Peter Pan. The wait of Splash Mtn. was 40 minutes. It wasn't dead, but it wasn't really crowded. The nice weather brought everyone out,I think.

we gave up trying to go to toy story last weekend and the week before. Always a 30 minute wait minimum!

if you go during week days you have to know that you're giving up watching the fireworks (which is way important for us) :)

If I had to choose I'd choose weekends, some attractions will be left out but we'll get to see what we love (if the weather helps of course)

you can always try to do the most crowded attractions first thing in the morning or right before closure time :)
