The attraction Stitch & I don't get along!
Thankfully we FP'd it because I was NOT going to stand in line for it. I really didn't want to go in and had researched it.
My 8 year old (at the time) wanted to go so badly. I TRIED to talk him out of it, I even told him WHAT was going to happen specifically and he still wanted to go. Now, normally I would think I knew what was best but you never know because previously they had loved some things I wasn't so sure how they would do. That was a huge mistake to take him there. He refused to go into anything he could not SEE beforehand after that (which pretty much means missing a lot of rides!). He had to be talked into going on Spaceship Earth by the CM's after our Stitch encounter.
BEFORE he saw Stitch, we had done several different rides in the parks that you couldn't see before getting in line without a peep from him. After it was awful.
HOWEVER, in the end DS still likes Stitch himself
(even bought Stitch ears and that was AFTER the ride!).
My 11 year old thought it was OK. I could take it or leave it. If I were with someone who wanted to go on it, I would be fine with going but not waiting in a long line for it! I honestly didn't get the whole effect anyway because I was sitting forward/sideways basically talking DS through everything since I knew he was not being happy but at least he didn't start freaking out on me DURING the attraction, so didn't ruin it for anyone else.
I know we probably won't be going back on that though.
