What was Disney thinking??!

The Stitch attraction didn't do much for me... and I think Stitch is great! The plot and show were well done, but I don't think it has a lot of repeat viewing value for me. DS7 liked it and will probably ask to go again this year, but I may nip over to something else while he and DH are in there.

And I'm WAY over the use of "nasty smells" technology. Great, you can make the room smell like someone burped in my face. But *should* you? Blech... :crazy2:

My apologies for misunderstand your tenor 88!

No problem -- you are forgiven because the toilet plunger electric-shock ride idea was quite funny :) :)

We LOVE Disney however I'd have to say that this is another vote for saying the Stitch Attraction/Show sucks. My DS6 and I waited in line for over an hour for it last summer and were really, REALLY disappointed.

... and to think we could have been riding POTC!!! :)

Oh, I see in another post it was called mission to mars. Guess they don't need that anymore with the EPCOT ride.

Love the movie the ride not so much. I didn't get to see it when it was alien but I vaguely remember a space ship simulator launch in 1986 that probably was the first ride in that space. It's kind of surprising but the space hasn't changed that much over the years.

DH and I personally thought Stitch was pretty dull, but DD7 LOVED it and wants to do it again in January. We will do it for her, but we won't stand in line more than 10 minutes for it. Too many other great rides and attractions to spend our time on.

The Stitch attraction is better than that boat ride in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot.

Granted, watching the ground is better than that boat ride in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot, but the Stitch attraction is also better than that.

we went on the stitch ride -

we didn't feel anything in our hair, stitch never said anything to us - and I didn't smell anything

it seemed to me thast I sat in the dark for 5 minutes while stitch leaped around the room - my DD4 got off and said - Mom - why didn't anything happen in there?!?

Same thing happened to my wife -- it could be her chair was not working or that she didn't sit up straight...

I thought it was a little fun...better than Tiki, not as good as the view on AstroOrbitors

I kind of like El Tiempo. Its a serene little air conditioned boat ride without creepy little dolls that keep on singing for 15 minutes (ala IASW - a classic but makes me want to shoot myself after awhile). Its not thrilling but neither is the train at MK. Still its a nice relaxing little ride but unlike the train its equipped with air conditioning which makes it a nice escape on a hot day. JMHO. To each their own, I guess. On the bright side - no chili dog gas.
