What upgrade would you choose or would you leave as is?

Ok so I just booked the 4 nights/3 free deal.
I booked for ASMus for 7 nights/8days, 7 day base tickets for 8 people, 4 adults, 4chidlren. The total with trip insurance came to $3182.56 I personally feel this is a very good deal for our family size especially considering the amount of time we will be there.
Well I told the family and my DH reaction was  why didn't you do a moderate this time around? Last and only visit was ASMov so I guess he was looking forward to an upgrade.
I haven't called back yet to find out what the price difference would be but I am thinking about doing it. My question is I don't know which one to choose. Last visit was had DDP and water and more.
I asked the CM and she said that I could add that stuff on later if I decide we want too. They all love the water parks so I am thinking we may do that and I was thinking maybe the QSDP we might add as well. Someone said we should definitly add the hoppers but I was thinking if we have base tickets and a resort with a nice pool we could spend mornings in park of choice, head back to resort for lunch and swim, then back to whatever park we were at earlier in the day and so on.
Ok my question, should I change resort to moderate and if so what one or should I stay at ASMus and add hoppers or water parks?
The QSDP will proably be added regardless where we stay.

I can't make myself do disney without hoppers. I'm guess I'm committment phobic, but I like to be able to go to more than one place per day. And sometimes we are eating in a park somewhere so we need tickets for that day. So I like hoppers. We don't usually do water parks, but we're not usually there for 8 days! :)

As for the upgrade, if you plan to spend time in the room, then upgrade. I like Pop better than the All Stars for value, and I love some POR. :) If you aren't planning on spending much time there, then stay at Value and use your money elsewhere! :)

I am staying at a mod (CBR) this time, but we are not adding park hoppers. We've had it before and used it, but on our last trip we only used it 1 out of the 5 days. We are probably going to add water parks, only b/c we plan to get the non expiration added also and this would give us more days to do things later. If we were not, I don't think I would bother since CBR has a nice pool and slide.
My kids missed having a slide at the values.
I think staying at the values and adding water parks is fine, but just know that there will be more travel time to go there, especially if you are taking buses. If you have a car, that would be easy!:beach:
BTW, the difference between value and mods. for the package is about $300 per room.
