What Traits Do Your Kids Get From You?

My kids have my sense of humor...and the stubborn trait is from their Dad!

What have you passed on to your kids?

She gets the stubborness from me (I'll admit it), as well as, the ability to argue about anything. She thinks through things the way I do too.

She get impatientness from her Dad as well as things having to be just so. She also has to know well in advance the plans for everything just like her Dad.

DS got the ability to let things roll off his back from me. Neither one of us likes to over-analyze situations.

DD, on the other hand, is just like DH - Both are "thinkers" and tend to worry a lot about the worst-case-scenarios.

Both kids are very affectionate, and they got that from both DH and me. They've been "loved on" and told "I love you" every day of their lives. I think that's one of the best inherited traits!

My 25 year old DS is like me in so many ways. He says whatever is on his mind, he is funny and very outgoing. He also would rather be in Disney then anywhere else for vacation.

my DD5 is a bigger smart *** than I am, it was cute for about a minute

DD had a wanderlust. She said the other day she wanted to go to France. I asked why France, she said because she has never been there before. OMG, she is just like me!!!

Ava gets things from both of us.

Me...her love of books, imagination,outgoingness (is that a word?), Temper, stubborness, poutiness.

Corey...math ability, that fact that she needs to really understand something before she believes it (why not?), stubborness, Temper

We have created a monster. (A huggy loving monster, but still very spirited)
