What to wear?

We are going to WDW April 15-20 and I was just wondering if we should wear shorts and a tshirt or what. We aren't going to be going back to the hotel at all so should be bring a sweatshirt? What are your opinions on it!? Thanks!

It'll likely be around 70 at night and mid-80's during the day. The only reason to bring a sweatshirt is that places tend to be a little over-air conditioned. I often like a long sleeve button shirt at night in the movies and in restaurants.

depends if you are warm blooded
the light blouse or light weight zip up--cover the arms but leave open so you don't roast-- is a good idea, especially if you carry a bag, just roll it up, shouldn't take up too much room. A sweatshirt would be overkill in my opinion.
If you are normally warm/comfortable, you probably won't need anything.
I have been there in April and don't remember bringing a long sleeve anything (and wasn't too chilly
Definitely go with shorts and shortsleeve for all day comfort, the sun is warm and the eves do not get that cool.

Weather has been beautiful!! Watch out for those "april showers" tho, we're due to start getting rain quite a bit. As for temps, low 80's, mid 60's at night, beautiful florida weather!!! I love this time of year! I would wear shorts, and maybe bring a light windbreaker or something, but I get cold VERY easy!!

Find a weather website (like weather.com) that has hour-by-hour forecasts, and look at it a day or two before you go. That way, you can tell what the temp is likely to be at different times of the day, and plan accordingly. To me, the hour-by-hour forecast is much more useful than one that just says "Highs in the low 80s".

It's hard to give you an across-the-board recommendation for any given month, because the weather can vary so widely. Just check the forecast as you're packing, and you should have a pretty good idea what to expect.
