sorry caps lock !! we are going to wdw 1st week in november as a brit ive no concept of how hot it will be and what we need to wear

advice please

many thanks:D

All the times I've gone in November I've worn shorts during the day and jeans and a light sweater at night.

We ususally start the early morning in a jacket and end the day in a jacket. By mid-afternoon it is usually warm, some days even warm enough to swim. One year we hit a cold spell (later in Nov) and even pulled our winter jackets out of the car, but mostly the weather is very nice. I usually take at least one sweatshirt(or plan to buy one) and at least one pair of long pants, but mostly shorts and tees. Nov is my favorite time to go!:D

November weather is very unpredictable. We went 11-16-02 thru 11-23-02. During our stay temps were around upper 70's, low 80's during the day when the sun was out. In the morning and evening you could of worn a light sweatshirt, beacuse it was somewhat cool. I still wore shorts for most of our stay, except when we dressed up a little for dinner. Hope that helps.

Ditto - we went in very late October one year and did go to Blizzard Beach - it was very pleasant. But you do need long pants and a sweater or sweatshirt at night.

Most of the time early November is very pleasant.....the humidity is gone. Shorts and tees probably during the day and perhaps long sleeves and pants in the evening. I would bring at least one sweatshirt or light jacket or sweater, especially if you are someone like me who freezes in the restaurants. Early November is usually perfect park weather.

thanks very much, it will seem strange wearing shorts in november lol:p

Hey there,
As the above posters have stated, shorts and shirt during the day, and a sweater at night. HOWEVER, with the weird weather that we've been having on this side of the planet, you never know. So just layer if needed and be ready for anything. I went in November a couple of years ago and the weather was PERFECT. I loved it. But yeah, the attire stated prior to this post should suffice! HAVE FUN!!!!!

The first week of November 2003 was very warm (upper 80s) during the day, and quite humid.

We were also at WDW the first week of November in 2000 and the weather was pretty much as previous posters have described.

If you bring a couple long sleeve shirts you'll be fine. If it gets unseasonably cold, then you have a good excuse to buy a Mickey Mouse sweatshirt!

I think you're going to have to pretty much plan for anything. You can check the long range forcast before you leave to see if they are expecting any unusual weather. But you'll probably need to bring some shorts, some jeans, some capris (if you wear those), short sleeve shirts and sweaters, and maybe even a midweight jacket.

Good luck!
