What to Order - Citricos - HELP! :)

My husband and I try to hit one or two signature restaurants each time we visit Disney. This year, it's time to hit Citricos!

It's always been so easy - at Flying Fish, I ordered the potato-wrapped snapper. At Artist Point, it was the salmon (taking bites of DH's bison!), at California Grill, it was the sushi! The easy dishes, y'know?

But now, as I peruse the menu of Citricos, I have NO IDEA what to order! It all looks phenomenal!

Any experiences? Any input? Entree choices only, I'm torn between the Veal Shank, the Salmon/Langoustine, the Short Ribs? I think DH will get the Pork 2 Ways, so I'd like something different so we can taste each others'!

So again - HELP!

The salmon/langoustine probably isn't on the menu anymore (I had it and loved it over the summer, but Citricos often changes up its seafood dishes).

However, both the veal shank and short ribs are excellent.

Easy for me...SHORT RIBS!!! They are amazing.

Ooh, you're right I am looking at a summer menu - thank you for pointing that out! That'll either make my decision much easier or much, much more difficult.

Leaning toward the short ribs, but that veal shank looks mighty tempting...


Sigh. Decisions, decisions... I can't wait until society doesn't frown upon "one of everything, please!"

I tend to usually get one of fish entrée options when I go to Citricos, and they never disappoint! They're always simple, cooked perfectly, and elegantly executed.

I've also had an amazing chicken dish there. Anything with pasta in the dish is wonderful too - they make it in house!

On my last visit, they had Swordfish over pasta and I was in heaven!
