What to leave in the stroller

LOL, this happened to us 2 years ago!

One time a bird legit stole an entire chicken finger out of my daughters hand.
The wildlife at Disney have no fears.

I carry a backpack. But I like the idea of using a clear backpack that I could leave in the stroller. Just because - I don't carry any valuables with me but it'd still be annoying if someone stole my bag with my daughters change of clothes or my planning sheets.

I carry a backpack with everything except spare clothes, diapers, and our water bottles. The clothes and diapers are in a plastic grocery bag (like someone else said) under the stroller, easy to remove when we need to collapse it for the bus.

I would not leave the autograph books under the stroller, that would stress me out.

This is why I used to use a plastic grocery bag. All it held was diapers and wipes (to replenish the few in our backpack that we carried). We might have thrown a sweatshirt in there too..but nothing more. Having the under stroller stuff all in one place made it super easy to grab before collapsing the stroller for trams, trains, & buses.

The grocery bag is more informal than a backpack so I think it is less likely to be interesting to thieves.

We generally have a backpack where we put more valuable stuff...and the rest we leave in the stroller.
