Honestly? Nothing. I don't give gifts to people that are that unappreciative.
I have a friend who is extremely picky. She's very into Eco-Friendly (Just started), hates gift cards, hates toys or items that are pink or girly. Hate is a strong word but she will literally act like a fool over a gift card or the color pink.Any advice on what to get baby that mom will approve? Under $50-60 please. I was thinking that maybe earth friendly bath products would be the way to go. What's that buy me? Like 2 or 3 fancy bath products ?

Who doesn't like gift cards?! That is so strange. If she didn't make a registry, then I'd be giving nothing to someone so picky. She sounds like the type that will complain about whatever she gets anyway!
I don't like gift cards - I really don't like gifts at all usually (I'm sort of picky about what I like and feel guilty when people spend money and time getting me something I don't want), but I don't like gift cards because I now need to take time to go spend them.
I like a nice note.

That was my first thought. And then I took it a step further and thought of how the dollars could be used to benefit a child who will not enjoy the benefits of anything new, let alone eco-friendly, non-pink anything-but-a-gift-cards. So, I'd make a donation to a charity that helps disadvantaged kids and write a not to let the mom-to-be know that I hope that it is the first of many great things her child will do to help the less fortunate.
