Can someone please advise what time (EST) does dining open at the 60 day mark? I read something someone wrote in a tread mentioning 6am.. is that EST? Also, can anyone confirm if it really is necessary to get on at 6am EST to get reservations or will they really all be gone if you wait until later in the day or week to get on to reserve? thanks!

It is always EST when booking wdw dining. Sadly Disney’s systems fail often. If you are up at 6 go crazy. Do start w the most popular adr, especially if it is at the end of your stay. Less folks will have had the ability to book that day.
I have not seen a lot of adr fails at 60 days, barring peak holidays.
