What time should we leave resort?

We have BBB reservations the day after we arrive at 8:00am, was wondering what time y'all would recommend we leave the resort? Are buses running a little late this summer? We'll be staying at Pop Century so we were hoping to take the bus but we'll also have our vehicle with us since we'll be driving to Orlando so if that'd be faster we could do that instead. Suggestions?

I would be at the bus stop by 7 am at the very latest.

If you want to drive, you have to park at the TTC and either take the monorail or the ferry which would add time.
