What time is tree lighting in MK????

DW and I have MVMCP tickets for 12/14. We heard last year they let you in at 4:00 for MVMCP. Does anyone know what time the tree lighting ceremony is. We definately don't want to miss this as it is our only day/night in MK.

The ceremony is right at dusk, just as the sun is setting.
If you enter the park at 4pm, you will be there in time for the tree lighting.

Uh-Oh! I just heard about this recently and from what I read I thought it was at 5:00 every night, so I had my DU agent change the time she was going to make our PS for the night we plan to see this.
Does anyone have any idea what time it would be around 12/28? Im assuming they still do it after Christmas?

From prior trips, I remember the flag lowering being at 5 pm and the tree-lighting ceremony at 5:30 pm. You definitely should try catching these events at least once.
