what time is too early to go to bed for the night?

Had a few last night so Im tired today. Got up at 440 to say goodbye to DH & DS. (Yes I did go back for a while). They went to the Cape for the weekend. Spent 6hrs floating in a friend's pool today.
Can I go to bed yet?
