What time does TTC parking open if MK opens at 9?

We have an 8:05 ressie at CP, MK opens at 9am. We're planning to drive since it is our last day and we plan to head to the airport from MK - what time does parking open and ferry/monorail service start?

Also, it is DS's 10th b-day that day - anyone know what time the guest services window will open outside MK with a 9am opening? Trying to figure out if we'll be able to get a Birthday Fun Card before going in for breakfast.

The parking lot opens around 7-730. The same for the ticket windows.Dont remeber the exact time off hand.
The resort monorails shold be running also at that time. Probably even earlier.

The Resort Monorail starts operating at 7:00 AM and would say the Express Monorail should be operating at 8:00 AM, assuming that morning it's not going to be Morning Extra Magic Hour. So incase it is then I would say take the Resort Monorail, just remember it will stop at the Polynesian and Grand Floridian before it arrives at the Magic Kingdom.
