What Time does FP+ Become Available?

I know I've read this somewhere before, but I can't remember. At exactly what time when you hit the 60 day window can you reserve FP+. Does it open up at 12 am EST or is it a little later at 1 am?

Should be 12am unless EMH cause the park to be open later. So if MK is open till 1am then FP reservations open at 1am

Actually it's 12am unless the REGULAR operating hours of MK are after midnight. EMH does not affect the system. For some reason, the system "resets" itself after MK closes each night, since EMH does not offer FP+, it is only the regular closing hour that affects the system. Weird, but true .
