Breakfast - 10am
Snack - 1pm
Lunch - 3pm
Dinner - 5.30pm no later than 6.30pm

Yep, I'm on my third meal when you're having breakfast!


..........seriously, i know. and sometimes i bring a sugar free pudding or something for around 11 am.............i know thats not enough.........but if i do to many calories during the day i end up going over the 1000 at nite. i am losing about 3 lbs. a week................
