What time do you board the ship?

I've just discovered on another thread that my land/sea vacation may include time at the parks on the Thursday we board the ship. In that case, I want to spend as much time as possible at the parks. If I don't want to make Palo or spa reservations, what time is the latest I need to get there? Thanks!

You want to be on board by 3:00 pm. The mandatory safety drill is at 4:00 and you set sail at 5:00.
