What time do the kiosks close at EPCOT?

We arrive at WDW on Thursday and plan on having several of our dinners at the Flower & Garden booths. EPCOT is open until 11pm each day of our trip. Anyone know what time the booths close?

"Normally" 9PM.
Don't know what to expect during "mask-wearing" times.

11:00 PM-the Outdoor Kitchens close with the Park.

(They did not stay open during PM EMH in Pre-Covid times.)

We experienced that some of the booths closed at 9pm on a night that EP was open until 10pm last month.
