What time can I make dinner reservation on 180 day Mark?

I want to make a dinner reservation on 180 day Mark, what is the earliest time I can do? Midnight? Or is it in the morning some time to meet America time?

It's now 10am UK time (it changed on Sunday) as the US had their daylight saving change over the weekend ... very confusing for me as our 180 days was on Saturday so able to book at 11am on Saturday but 10am on Sunday.

I can see that it's said the same countdown for a while now and not sure if it's just my account?!

Is anyone else having problems making reservations? It's the third day now that I'm not able to make reservations on the app or on the website. I can look up the dates and available times, but it won't let me book it.
