popcorn:: Seriously folks, what the heck is on that popcorn that makes it taste so good? It's not just salt because salt tastes like salt and this tastes kinda Disneyish. Like Tinkerbell waved her wand over it... It's also a bit on the greasy side which makes it even taste better... Anyone have a cluepopcorn:: I would love to know~

WDW is the only place I will eat popcorn. I dont like movie theater kind, too salty and greasy and cannot stand the smell of microwave popcorn at home

I don't know, but I agree it is good. My son had to have it every time we saw it in the parks.

Yeah, I've always wondered the same thing. My favorite snack at MGM!

I must admit that I have never had the popcorn at disney. I do however have a real popcorn maker at home. I must say the popcorn is delicious, better than the movies. We use coconut oil in ours. The brand Disney uses is Orville Redenbacher's. It could be kettle. Is it just a little bit sweet, if so its kettle.

I used to work for Disney and made that popcorn many times. It's Orville Redenbacher kernals and a cup of the butter/oil mixture, and of course, salt. I don't know the exact ingredients of the mixture are, but it is delicious. The salt content may vary at each location since the CM's add that by hand.

I've always said it's liquid crack.

I hate popcorn, but as soon as I walk into Main Street I have to have some.

If it IS liquid crack, I don't mind the addiction!!!:lmao:

I make my own popcorn in a pot and use olive oil. Then add a little salt, a little butter and some fresh ground pepper.
