What temperature do you keep your room on?

Our family is from Maine so it's like the arctic up there. So if I get a chance I will bask in the heat that is global warming. And Orlando is nice and toasty.

We are at CR CL and my dad and I keep fighting over the temperature. I like it as high as it will go, which is 85 degrees Fahrenheit. He likes it at like 65. Why don't you just rip out the bathtub, fill it with water, place next to the duct, and wait for me to turn into a Popsicle and you can push me around Disney.

So I want to know, what degree do you like your thermostat to be on? Hot or Cold type of person?

I'm from right next door in NH. :goodvibes

However, I usually out the thermostat as low as it can go. I prefer it to be chilly when I sleep. :p

The cooler the better. Very seldom have I ever said "it's too cold" while staying at any resort.

I usually have to ask them to override the thermostat to make the room colder. I'm from Newfoundland, Canada and love the cold. Anything above 60 and I melt. Obviously, we never go to WDW except Nov, Dec and Jan, Feb. It's too warm for me even then, but what can you do? If I want good weather, I'd never leave home! LOL
(Yeah, I know that I'm odd!)

I don't like to be too cold, so I keep it around 72. But, I can't imagine 85 indoors! LOL :faint:

I am from Baltimore and it gets pretty hot and humid here. Not quite as hot as Orlando, but still pretty steamy. Needless to say, although I'm used to it, I hate being hot and sweaty. So I like to set it low, usually around 70. At home, we set it higher to save on electric bills. But no way would I set it on 85.

As low as I can make it go. At home I keep my a/c on 72. I can't sleep in a hot room.

At home we keep it on 69 and try to keep it a little cooler than that at the resort. 85 sea so hot! I would melt. Lol

Cold! I dont like heat. I like my house temperature about 64, but when i'm sleeping i prefer our bedroom about 55! My husband and kids arent too thrilled with either temp, lol

You just described my every trip to WDW. Except it's my DH that loves it to be 65 and me I want 85. I absolutely freeze while sleeping at every resort we stay at. I need an extra blanket and the last trip took heavy PJ's so I can sleep a little better. I often sneak and put it up higher...LOL. I love when we have a room with a balcony so I can go sit outside to escape the cold. That has got to be the worst part of the trip. But it's all good we are at WDW!! Yay!:cool1:

Once I cool down from being outside, I often turn off the AC and let the temperature be whatever it will be. I can't go too cold, or I wake up with a sore throat.

when a/c is on at night at home its set to 67, at a resort/hotel high fan and the lowest temp possible. I want to be able to hang meat in the room.

Another Texan here and we also keep the house around 72, due to furry felines and a ton of electronic equipment. When we go to WDW, we turn it to at least 68 or as low as it will go. I read an article once about the optimal sleeping temperature being 68 and I have to agree. The cooler it is, the better I sleep.

NH here too!!! We like it COLD! to sleep....so we set it as low as it will go....Btw for any fellow NH friends....my DS had the AC on in his room last night!!! I think he is a polar bear, LOL!

too many WDW trips to mention, 2007 Wonder Concierge, January 2013 Wonder Concierge, WDW AKL Concierge Nov 2013, March 2014 Walter E. Disney Suite (finally!!!!)

My family of Michiganders had it set at 65 at Wilderness Lodge. My sister and her family in the connecting room felt our room was freezing but I thought it was great!
