What telephone # do I call??

If there is a code released tomorrow and that's a BIG if, what number do I call? I have like 3 different numbers and I'm not sure which one I should try. I booked online a few months ago. I don't know if that matters or not.
I'm lost.

1-407-W-DISNEY is the main number. I've always had very good luck getting right through on that one - even today! Twice! - so it's what I'll be using at daybreak.

Anyone know what time they open? I'm on hold now, I never got a message like "we open at 8am est"...I just want to be sure I won't be sitting on hold for another 40 minutes!
