My feet are very tender. I keep trying new combos of sneakers and socks. I like to walk and use my ellipical so I am usually doing 1 hours total workouts walking at a brisk pace but not running. Especially one the ellipical my feet start to get numb and the look

Ususally I wear 1 or 2 pairs of Dh's thick socks with inserts in my sneakers.

). I actually found the biggest difference in condition of the skin on my feet came when i started wearing dri-fit socks (nike wicking ones).
