What snacks do you bring?

This thread fascinates me! Next time there is a thread about Disney changing food prices, I think I am going to have to reference this thread. It's amazing what you all bring in with you!

When we went to WDW we took, hmmm, thinking.... Nope. Nothing.

We are on vacation! We each have a camelback for cold water and that's it. Yes, yes, I know it saves money, etc..., but part of being on vacation (for us) is enjoying things we normally don't, not having to worry about shopping, packing, preparing each day. Just different strokes for different folks. Always fascinating to read how other people do things.

ETA: Okay, just remembered that I did indeed pack my little almond snack packs because if my levels drop too low I need protein quickly, but that was it. Honest.

I'm guessing that maybe you don't have young kids that are picky eaters or anyone with a special diet! Oh lucky you....I long for the days when all I have to pack into the parks are water bottles and soda!

You are SO right...it is a vacation and for me, at least, the best part is all the yummy food! Unfortunately, about a year ago we started eating 100% organic and for anyone that eats this way, you KNOW what happens to you when you put food in that isn't organic. So for us, we try and get at least 50% organic/natural or things I've made at home and brought with us and the rest we splurge on yummy park food.

The plus side is that we do save a good amount of money!

For fun snack, I have found Disney fruit chews (TS3) at Walmart. Fun to pull out waiting in a line!

We also found some disney fruit snacks. I think mine were mickey and friends. We also brought power bars and almonds. DS loved the toffee flavored almonds, and DM liked the chocolate mint.
