What size ziploc do you use to pack to go to Disney?

I purchase the gallon size.

I purchased two Dollar Tree rain ponchos, if I need to use them I'll place the wet ponchos in the ziploc bags until I get can get back to the room to dry. Plus, I use the bags for packing, I place contact solution, mouth wash, clothes washing powders; anything that I don't want to spill in my suitcase.

On another note, I brown bag everyday to work. I place my lunch in them too, no spills!

We take gallon and quart size. When we go to the pool we have a collapsable cooler and we put ice in the zip lock in the cooler, keeps cooler dry and its easy to change, reload and go out again. I also keep a few drinks in cooler in room on ice to be real cold and the rest in the fridge. Packing, we got into the space bags. Thought they were a jole until I tried them one trip. We'll now me and the wife have them, no vacuum needed, place clothes in and roll air out one way valve at rear. First time I used them, I have a check list on what I pack and it varies very little, I put my stuff in the travel space bags and had only half of my suitcase filled. Scared I forgot alot of stuff but it was all there, just the air was missing, that made my wife a believer!!

I use quart size for liquids (Sunblock, hairspray)
and 2 gallon for clothes
1 Gallon for underwear, socks, bathing suits

I use mostly gallon, quart and sandwich size.

Gallon for socks and undies, magazines and books (helps keep the pages from getting torn in my backpack when I'm moving stuff around, especiall on the plane) and other larger things.
Quart bags are agreat for larger toiletries, swim suit, paper back books and bigger amounts of snacks.
Sandwich bags get used for just about everything else. Swim goggles, spare change, extra batteries, little toys, small amounts of snacks (or even sandwiches!) and anything else that will fit in them.

I usually take along a few spare bags of each size to use during the trip. Any bags that come back from the trip in good condition go into a bag that I use to hold my travel stuff so that they can be reused.

I use the 2 and a half gallon size (found at Target). Each will hold a pair of shorts, t-shirt, underwear, bathing suit, & socks for my kids.

We thought we'd give this idea a try. Thanks

for packing, I use the 2.5 gallon size. I use the smaller size ones just as others have suggested, to avoid potential spills and messes.

I always bring several of gallon, quart, and sandwich size that I use for different things all week long. I think ziplocs are the first thing I advise people to pack when they've never been before....and they usually look at me like I'm nuts, until they get back and realize how great they are to have, LOL!

I wish i could get some big zip loks out here in OZ but the biggest size we have is only about the size of 4 slices of bread layed out in a sqaure
