what should I pack for the weather this week at wdw?

i am going to wdw from Feb 6-11 with my two sons ages 3 and 4. Anyone there right now who can tell me what the weather is like? Just wondering if I should bother packing any shorts or if I should just have everyone wear pants and layer their tops?

I would prepare for anything. Florida is very unpredictable with weather. I would plan on layering, so wear a short sleeve shirt but take a jacket to put on top if needed. Also I would take shorts and pants. i went 2 years ago around this time and I was in shorts the whole time, but I recently went in November and only 2 of the days it was warm enough for shorts. It could be really warm for you or it could be cold so the best advice is to really plan for anything.

I have found it to be nice during the day but chilly in the morning and evening so I always dress in layers and always wear jeans.

Pack a pair of shorts and a swimsuit, but be prepared to not use them. My girls wore shorts on Sunday, but I wore jeans and short sleeves. We needed jackets at sundown. It can get really cold next to the water, also (think Fantasmic, Epcot, boat rides, etc.)

We were in Disney last year Jan 31- February 7 and we used a wide variety of clothes but being from a northern state we were glad we all brought shorts! It appears that during your stay it will be mid-upper 70s some days so I would definitely bring shorts, and I'd also bring a swimsuit...just in case. We only swam one day for a few hours, we could have at other times but we were more interested in being in the parks. The mornings were chilly as were the evenings, some days we toughed it out so we wouldn't have to carry a sweater around and others we were glad to have jeans and sweatshirts with, so I'd pack a variety. It looks like low temps will be in the 40s and the 'coldest' high temp is low 60s.

I live here and to me its been cold and windy. We are also going this weekend and Im packing jeans and hoodies with comfy boots. BUT! It looks like it is supposed to warm up a bit starting Sunday then back down again. So I would bring a pair of shorts. But honestly, the nights and mornings will be in the 40s/50s, so,plan accordingly.

Thanks everyone. Just came back and you were all right! Cooler in the mornings and evenings where we wore our jackets. Pants and t-shirts in the afternoons. Went swimming one day but the kids were freezing getting out of the pools.
