What should I pack for October Weather?

We are going the first week in Oct.

I know this is early to think about things, but I need to be buying some summery stuff, on clearance now, if that's what I need.

Will shorts, and short sleeves or sleeveless be OK. Do I need long pants at night? Any sweatshirts.

Any suggestions will be great.

Last time we were there in October I had to work a convention most of the week, but my family went to the parks and had a blast. The weather was very pleasant. Warm enough to wear shorts in the day, and a little cooler in the evening. I don't think we needed any jackets for this trip.

You can check sites like weather.com and get historical weather information for the resort if you want to know the average temps.

October has been the best time we have ever gone as far as crowds were concerned. I'm sure you'll have a great trip!!

We have been to Disney in October for our last 3 trips and are going again this Oct. Shorts and sleeveless are perfect. A few nights we needed a light jacket or sweatshirt in the evening, but still wore shorts and were very comfortable. I love that you can still get some sun, but no sweating. Have a great time!!!
