What Should i Do?

Okay two guestions in one thread:

here we go...so i have a bunch of new friends from my new school my parents dont really know any of them real well


Question One: going on a boat tomorrow...i can bring a friend or two. i could bring my cousin who goes with us alot or i can bring two new friends. i am kinda afraid what my rents r gunna think


Question Two: Birthday is coming up this wensday. i am a camp counsler that week so whatever i do will be on that friday. I was thinking about going swimming and a dinner or something. well my mom does not really wanna do that because it is to partyish and she does not think i need a party (turning 15 btw). she suggested this outdoor movie thing in the neighboring city and ordering pizza which i really dont wanna do. i mean i dont have to have a gift or cake i just kinda wanted to do what i wanted to do.

okay thats all... just wanted your opinons.

Question One: I would bring my friends, if the cousin goes with you a lot. I would like something new.

Question Two: If I were you, I would tell my mom that I want to do what I want to do on MY birthday. (Within reason, of course.)

Question One: Cousin. Its better to let your parents meet your new friends in a more free setting if you aren't sure your parents will like them. That way, if something goes sour, you and your friends can get away.

friends couldnt go anyway but yeah were going to dinner and swimming...my mom is insistant that i get no presents or cake...but its been life that since i was like 11 so i dont care

Question 1: Would your cousin be hurt if they didn't get invited? Friends will come and go but family is forever.

Question 2: It is your birthday, tell your mom that. You want things your way and it only comes once a year.
