What rides might be scary for kids

My daughter loved every one of those at 6. We avoided 2 of them at 4yo. HM was great at 4! I'm not trying to influence your parenting, but overall, Disney is tame and magical for a 6yo.

I will tell you this almost 38 year old is scared to death of tower of terror, eventhough he has done it a lot. When daughter was almost 5 it was her favorite ride. She will be 8 during this summers trip and cannot wait to try rock n roller coaster.

Her brother is the opposite, so every kid is different. I agree with having them watch YouTube videos if you are not sure.

Stitch's great escape was the second ride we went on during our first visit last year. My 4 yr old son was terrified! and for the rest of the trip when we got ready for any ride he would ask "It's not stitch right?". And he refuses to watch the movie. I wouldn't recommend that ride to little ones.

I've never done ToT myself, I watched a video and it looks freaky, I can't decide if I'm even going to do it! Part of me wants to force myself to do it, another part knows I'll be terrified the whole time. Of course in the video I watched it was pretty dark most of the time so it's hard to tell how much it's actually dropping (can anyone tell me:))

I watched a video of it myself, and it looks kind of dumb anyway, so we're not even considering stitch, but I can see how a kid would be scared

My daughter (7) will go on any roller coaster but doesn't even like walking by the Haunted Mansion LOL. She also hated Splash Mountain (loves flumes rides) but hated the end where Briar Rabbit (I think) gets caught and now won't go on it although we kept telling her she wouldn't think it was that bad now! Also didn't try Tower of Terror since she hates creepy things.

Not a ride, but we found the Fantasmic show to be very frightening for small kids . .my 2.5 year old hated most of it. He was also afraid at the Indy Stunt show and kept saying "Get me out of here!" when the bad guys came out.

DD thought Winnie the Pooh was terrifying when she was 3 . . .thunder and those awful Woozles(?) and refused to ride it again for years! Finally at 7 she laughs and admits "okay, it's not really scary!"

Our youngest isn't a fan of "creepy".

She was a little scared in Indiana Jones (dark music).

A little more scared in Bug's life.

Completely terrified by Fantasmic.

We did not attempt dinosaur, POC, or HM. She loved Splash Mtn.
