You can look at the wait times for attractions over a time period to see which ones have the longest waits. For many people, those are the ones they would choose to use Fastpasses for.
At MK, attractions that generally have long waits:
- 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Peter Pan, Haunted Mansion.
If you use a mobility device, there are some attractions at MK that give wheelchair return times because their line is not accessible. WITHOUT Fastpass, the return time would be appropriately the amount of time you would have waited in the Standby (regular) line. For those attractions, if you have Fastpass, your Return Time will be right away.
Attractions giving wheelchair return times include Big Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain and Jungle Cruise. (Sometimes Small World).
At Epcot:
Frozen, Soarin’ and Test Track. Even though Mission Space is one of the big rides there, the wait is usually short. We don’t normally wait more than 10 minutes there. Spaceship Earth is busy first thing in the morning, but there are times during the day when it is walk on. If you are using a mobility device, Spaceship Earth is one of the very few attractions left with a non-accessible line, so you will go to the exit to wait anyway.
At Hollywood Studio:
All of the Toy Story rides, Tower of Terror and Rock N Roller Coaster.
Once Star Wars area opens, expect long waits there (they will not be doing Fastpass right away there from what I have read).
At AK:
The Pandora rides (Flight of Passage & Navi River Ride) and the Safari. Kali River Rapids, Expedition Everest and Dinosaur have long lines at certain times, but are walk on at others (mostly end of day).
Festival of the Lion King may be a long wait in the Standby line. If using
DAS, they will usually give a time for the next scheduled show.
