What restaurants would you recommend?

For TS- I would recommend Cafe Orleans (they have large, filling vegetarian options) or the Thunder Ranch BBQ (if an option). As far as CS goes, if you're at DCA check out Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta along with Garden Grill- theyre right next to each other and both offer excellent vegetarian choices other than standard veggie burger. For example, there is a pretty good Pesto Ravioli,Portabello Flatbread, other stuff at Boardwalk Pizza and there's a nice mediterranean vegetarian plate at Garden Grill. I do not eat meat at disneyland resort, so I have experience with most of the vegetarian options. If at Disneyland, if you want something flavorful- go for the Rancho Zocalo Mexican restaurant- they have great vegetarian salads and cheese enchiladas. There is also a fairly good portabello sandwich at Tommorowland Terrace near Finding Nemo. Rest assured you can find something tasty that doesn't have meat in it- Disneyland Resort has definitely upped their offering of non-traditional theme park attempts at (i.e. veggie burger- bleh) vegetarian offerings.
