Coral Reef at Epcot has a nice New York Strip
Kona has two good steaks, both with Asian influence, ginger crusted ribeye and a teriyaki style New York strip. Both are very good.
Le Cellier has a couple of good steaks on their lunch menu that would be 1TS credit.
