For me it is Sci-fi dine in at the Studios. DH and I love the atmosphere, think the movie clips are hilarious and don't have a single complaint about the food. The last time I ate there (Oct), I thought my ruben was very good and I loved the cucumber salad that I could order instead of fries. I also thought the milkshakes were out-of-this-world.

It may be a little pricier, but hey, its a sit down restaurant, you're in air conditioning, of course its going to be more expensive than the backlot express!

I agree with you on Sci-Fi ... also, I have always enjoyed Mama Melrose (even though it often gets panned on these boards)

i love cosmic rays! I eat there everytime I go to MK but everyone always talks about how bad it is...lol I liked it more years ago though befor they changed the menu, they used to have a GREAT turkey sandwhich and a philly cheesesteak but now both are gone:(

We have always loved Cosmic Rays too!

Also, we have never had any complaints about Hollywood and Vine- just hot, fresh, yummy dinners . . . and it always seems to get bad reviews here.

I love Sci-Fi, we try and go on every trip. We also loved Hollywood and Vine last summer. It was the best buffet we have ever had at Disney. Booked it again for this summer! :cloud9:

The ABC Commissary back when they had the tabbouleh wraps. But we also like the Cuban sandwich. The TVs keep the kids occupied too.

My family loves the SciFi as well. We will be dining there again on our last night. It is a yearly tradition.

Sci-Fi for me too! I personally don't think any of the Disney restaurants are all that great food-wise but at least Sci-Fi has really cool atmosphere and prices aren't all that bad for a table service restaurant.

Yup! I wouldnt' say we love the ABC Commissary, but we definitely appreciate the fact that it's there. The Cuban sandwiches are a nice change of pace. We actually ate there twice last year, on our 14-day trip.

(Please, Disney, increase the variety of CS foods available at AK, DHS, and MK!)

For us it is ABC Commisary. My DS loves it. It is usually quiet and cool - what a treat. When my son was four, I swear we ate there 6 times in a single trip. Last summer, when he was 8, we had to go in just to get a drink (we weren't even hungry)::yes:: !! Anyway, I have heard they now have some items on display from the show LOST. We will have to eat there this trip. I hope they have Jack on display :rotfl2:

Definitely Sci-Fi! We're not picky eaters. The food is fine & the atmosphere is fun.

We love 9 Dragons, but it gets no love on the boards. We know it's still American-Chinese food, but darnit, I can't get enough of the Honey Sesame Chicken. The good thing for us, is that we can always get ADRs last minute here if we need to.

Another Sci-fi fan. We go every time we visit the World. My kids have come to expect their blinking glow cube drinks when we sit down! I love most of their sandwiches too. We always have a great time.

H&V, for some reason not too many people like this, my family enjoys eating here and the kids love the ice cream toppings. :confused3 Oh well we just prefer buffets, that way my kids aren't eating chicken, burgers and fries every day.
