here is my wish list
some of these have been mentioned before so please excuse my repetition
1) Definitly a dvc store
where we could buy exclusive DVC merchandise with a website so those of us who wish to could buy new merchandise, like pins, anytime. either open a small store at DD of make one kiosk at each park exclusive to DVC merchandise. could be placed right near the area where DVC memberships are being sold.
2) a family dining discount.
this could be limited to a 25-30% discount for one family meal at one sitdown or any resturant of our choice per day. these could be made available as a ticket(card) that would be given out to members from the front desk each day. like e-ride tickets. we usually eat at one sit down resturant each day anyway but with a discount we may eat at one of he finer dining facilities or eat a more expensive entree.
3) front and center priority seating
at Fantasmic and Illuminations or possibly designate and area in MK like the train station for Wishes that would be exclusive for DVC members and their families.
4) no wait fast passes.
these we given to us at our time of initially purchasing at SSR. my 2 teen sons thought this was geat. getting 2 fast passes each day that we didnt have to wait for a return time to go on our ride of choice.
these discounts and extras arent really anything that would add extra cost to disney operations and i feel that these could be implemented easily. any money we as DVC members would save would almost definitly be spent in other places on disney property anyway. i know that any change in operations occurs an initial cost but you would be sending a message to your guests that you feel that they are special guests and deserve these perks.
the discounts that are already available are good. adding the ap discounts we will also get make it that much better but i honestly feel that with many DVC member initially investing almost $20,000, we should recieve some extra perks. the ones i mentioned arent really exclusive ones but ones that make a trip a little extra special
