What my DH special-ordered for me from the Disney Store!

The other day I posted that TDS called to say that something DH special-ordered for my bd had come in. Well, he gave it to me last night!

It is a sericel from Lilo & Stitch! It's the scene where Lilo is teaching Stitch how to hula. Too cute!

You have to understand that our family just LOVES Lilo & Stitch - we saw the movie 3x at the theatre and are waiting for it to come out on video. 7 yo DS blasts the soundtrack every day. We all dance to the songs. So for Dh to pick this out was very special.

It was also special since DH isn't really a present-buying kind of guy. I was/am very touched! He also had the aerial view of the EPCOT photo professionally framed. The last time he got me a special gift like this was when he gave me diamond earings Christmas '98 since our DD was due 1/99.

See, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!

And he loves to go to WDW. Guess I'll keep him

Aww, he definately is a "keeper". I think there are a lot of men who just are present buyers, not because they don't want to, but because they are very uncertain about what to buy without be laughed at. So when they do something like your DH did, it makes it extra special.
