What Means "Ay, Caramba?"--Famous for Family of the Day!,Sept TR-Cape May HooRay 4/14

Great update! I agree with you I kind of like the idea of a Starbucks in WDW! I only like good, strong coffee so I like the option.

I always love the pics your DH takes in the Dumbo play area they look great! Well, all your pics are great, but those have been my fav so far.

I wish I would have had DDs first haircut done in Harmony barber shop. We aren't going again until she is 4, I am thinking of waiting to get her first haircut then. :scratchin

Great update, I love the pictures with Brynn wearing her sunglasses, she looks adorable and very grown up ! I didn't know that if your pager flashes and the kids want to carry on playing that you can, I know that will come in handy for this trip. I only have 10 days to go :). I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving day.

Those dreaded potty emergencies. This past trip in October was our first one with a potty trained toddler, and we had a couple of those too! Don't you just LOVE asking if anyone needs to go and then a few minutes later someone is doing the potty dance? :sad2: :rotfl:

We have become huge fans of the HBS since getting DS's first haircut done there in 2011. I really enjoyed the "after" photos of Brynn. So beautiful! I'm glad the haircut went well.

Harmony Barber Shop is on my bucket list for 2014; as are The Dapper Dans. Brynn is looking more and more like Julia - such cuties!

Great updates! Those are pretty good value for snack credits at Starbucks ... and how convenient that your have 3 kids and can get 3 cake pops :goodvibes

That's so great how Brynn was getting her haircut even with the CM not being super careful of following the proper actions - I agree with them, a reward was in order ;)

Oh, and super glad that the new video is coming along well - loved the video from your previous trip and it definitely helped increase the excitement for my, then, upcoming trip. Also loved the songs you picked for that video and I often find myself listening to the radio in the car and a song would come on that I would think would be great for one of your videos (currently American Authors "Best Day of My Life" and Icona Pop "All Night" are the top contenders ... you know, if you were looking for suggestions ;) )

I'M BACK!!!!! Shame on me, its been wayyyyy too long since I last commented on your TR. somehow, I never finished last years TR, so I went back and finished reading it, and then I got all caught up here!

Im glad you guys enjoyed BOG! When I went last Feb, we were very lucky to get in a VERY short line, and was able to see the castle and enjoy some dessert! We were very lucky and got to sit in the west wing. It's magical, so I hope you guys can sit there someday! Bummer about the absence of seating there!

ETWB is very fun, and last time I got to be the Beast! ROAR!!!! I'm glad Julia and I share that fun experience! Mrs. Potts is a fun role as well!

I'm all for the starbucks in MSB, but it was under construction last time, so I can't wait to visit it in 2014!

How much hair did Brynn get cut at the HBS? Her hair is very beautiful, and I'm jealous of it!

I love the Dumbo queue so much. It's really impressive!

Hooray for haircuts! And clearly they needed a reward! Who doesn't in Disney?

Well, you know how I feel about Starbucks in Disney. It's arguable a top 10 attraction for me at this point. Especially when it's 90 degrees outside and I can get my iced drink. Then it's pretty much perfect.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOUR NEXT UPDAAAAATE!

I have finally had some downtime away from school and second job this week, so it has been nice to catch up on my Distown friends! The kids have grown and continue to be beautiful blessings.

I enjoyed the pictures. It has been a long time since we have stayed at Movies. I want to hit all the All Stars - all the resorts, actually - for Christmas tree pictures when we go in a few weeks.

Yay! Awesome updates!!

Love that you've gotten all the kids hair cut at the barbershop! I finally actually noticed where it was last trip, bahah! Guess I've never really poked around that corner! How great that Brynn was saying how she felt instead of running off or anything, that's awesome!

Of course hair cuts equal presents, right?! Lol. I do seem to remember that Duffy and Lady coming up later on! Haha. I am very happy with the starbucks being there, I'm all for coffee, but Disney coffee was never good, I didn't know about the snack credits though, I'll keep that in mind!!

Excited to read more!

Yeah, it's tucked back there, isn't it!? I would never have known about it if it hadn't been for the Dis.
Brynn did so well that she earned gifts for everyone:lmao:. That was their story, and they were sticking to it!
Disney coffee is still horrible, even though they changed it to Joffrey's. I was SOOOOO happy to have Starbucks. It saved me.
I'm loving your current trip updates!!

Wait.... wait... any size? Snack credit? ANY size?! SNACK CREDIT!?!?! :bitelip: :hyper::bitelip:

You just made my day. I can actually use my snack credits on something I want this trip. OMG. Made. My. DAY!
I KNOW!!!!:dance3: I was floored. Makes me want to get the dining plan next time just because I thought it was a great snack deal!

LOVE the update. And we're so dead at work that I could read it twice and fully appreciate the photos.

I won't like, when we were in Epcot in October I was confused for about 30 minutes about the abundance of Starbucks cups in the park. I literally thought everyone had stopped at a Starbucks on their way to the park (not really sure WHERE) and brought it in. Then I finally remembered Starbucks was IN the park, so Mom and I promptly made our way over there and got us some coffee. We didn't have the dining plan then, but I will when I return next week, so I hear some Venti Eggnog Lattes calling my name. I LIVE for Eggnog Lattes. Most wonderful time of the year, indeed.

It'll also be a time for trying something new. Our last day I don't have any FP or ADRs scheduled. It's a first for me, and I'm actually really excited about it (kinda overly so haha)
I sort of forgot about it at Epcot, too, because I think they had just opened it. I knew about the MK one for sure, but when I saw the one at Epcot, I swear I heard angels singing.
We are all about trying something new. I have debated with myself about whether or not to tie myself down with ADRs--there's something to be said for freedom, and we did taste some of it this trip--but we always end up with them. One day.

Brynn looks gorgeous with her new haircut.:thumbsup2

The kids have come up with their version of Disney Logic:thumbsup2. Haircuts=presents. I like it.
Thank you! Her hair is still really long, but I think it made it look much neater and cared for.
I like their Disney logic. In fact, when I get a haircut from now on, I'm getting a present!:cool1:

I can really appreciate the importance of the Dumbo play area. I've never actually seen it other than through pictures, but it was a fantastic idea. Fun for the kids, and air conditioning for the parents. WIN-WIN.

Oh wow, that is seriously AWESOME that all the kids had their first haircut there. I love it! You can't get much more special than that.
Yeah, the Dumbo area is a major win for everyone. You should go there RIGHT NOW! Although this time of year I'm guessing the A/C is not as appreciated...
It's definitely a nice memory/tradition. It's a very special place for us.

So excited to read about the harmony barber shop! We are getting DD's first cut there in January! Your photos look amazing!

Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards
It is just the best place! And they do so much for first cuts. It just warms my heart!:goodvibes

Haha, I can't even tell you how many times this happened on our trip!!

And then there's always the domino effect... one kid has to go while we're eating at a restaurant (usually as soon as the food arrives), and when you get back from taking them, another one decides that they now have to go and so on.... There's nothing like spending your Disney vacation in a bathroom! :sad2:
FOR REAL! I started forcing us all to go when one had to go later on in the trip, because that darn domino effect was in full force! At least I like the Disney bathrooms!

We are part of the potty club also. Sarah always has to go at the most inconvenient times. Looking forward to that in December! :thumbsup2

Excellent update and great pictures again!
We should have a literal potty club. Like we should have some sort of card that gets punched and then you earn a souvenir or something. Hey, if the kids can get prizes for haircuts, then I can get a prize for lugging them to the potty constantly!
I'm just looking forward to your December trip so much...no matter how much time you spend in the potty :thumbsup2.

Love, love, loving your trip report! So anxious to hear how the bog supper goes later in the trip. I'm debating whether we really need a supper ADR there if we're going to shoot for lunch there earlier in the week.
YAY!! I'm glad you like it.
Actually, (spoiler alert) we ended up cancelling the dinner one, so I don't have anything to report about that :(. I say that you should just do lunch, because it was easy and yummy and cheaper!

I am also not trusted with cooking for Thanksgiving and gave up about 15 years ago since my dear MIL insisted on making everything anyway and my dish would sit awkwardly next to hers on the table. I've decided to just enjoy it for now knowing that I will be taking over soon enough. When I turned 40, I did make my first turkey at home, it just didn't seem right that I had never done it.

I love the haircut pictures! Both of my daughters had such lovely baby curls that once cut never came back. I miss those curls! Brynns picture where her hair is covering her face looks so much like my little Lucy I did a double take?! They don't really look much alike but they apparently share very cute noses and beautiful hair.

I'm excited to see Starbucks at Disney even thou I didn't really think they needed to bring the pastries. Good snack credit options though, love that. I was always bummed that only tall lattes counted as a snack at some of the Disney coffee stands. I've never had a pumpkin spice frappuccino, I usually only buy PS when its cold outside, sounds different, I may have to try that next year.

Thanks for a holiday update and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
Brynn still has curly hair, but nothing like those baby curls :sad1:. Those were super tight ringlets, but they were beginning to look unkempt. Sigh...
I always say that Brynn has the cutest nose ever--Lucy must be tied for that honor!
I wanted PSL, but it was way too hot for hot coffee. I had never tried the PS Frap, but I thought it was a great way to celebrate that it was Fall while still cooling off! And being able to get the Venti was an added bonus for sure.
I hope your Thanksgiving went well! I did bake some cookies against everyone's will, but the rest of the food I just accepted wasn't for me to worry about...except leftovers. I can heat those leftovers with the best of 'em!

:scratchin
Julia was four for her first cut, and Brynn was three when she had her hair "grazed." I think you should totally wait! It's such a great experience and memory!

I don't know if that's true during busy times, but the last two times we have been told just to bring up the pager when we were ready, no rush. ENJOY YOUR TRIP!!

This was the first trip with Sawyer potty trained, and he was very new to it. The girls were just as bad as him, though!!:rotfl:

Harmony Barber Shop is on my bucket list for 2014; as are The Dapper Dans. Brynn is looking more and more like Julia - such cuties!
I think she's starting to favor her more, too! And Sawyer looks just like Julia did at his age (but she had longer hair;) ). Alas, none of them look like me, lol!

I thought the cake pop deal was PERFECT! And only one credit--amazing.
I wasn't impressed with the stylist for sure, but I was SUPER impressed with Miss Brynn! They did deserve prizes. Last year, we had the most perfect, careful lady who did Brynn's hairstyle (one that wasn't technically allowed by them, but she loved Brynn) and confetti, so there was just a start difference.
Shhhh...secret..."All Night" is the first song in our new video!!! Great minds think alike :goodvibes! I'll listen to the other one now! I am not kidding when I say that you will be even more impressed with the new video. I am so anxious for it to be done. I love that you think of us even away from the Dis. Dis friends are the best!

I'M BACK!!!!! Shame on me, its been wayyyyy too long since I last commented on your TR. somehow, I never finished last years TR, so I went back and finished reading it, and then I got all caught up here!

I'm very glad you're here:goodvibes!
I want to be the beast! I would be great at it; just ask my kids:rotfl2:!
Brynn got about two inches cut off. Her hair is still super long; her teacher has informed us that we're not allowed to cut any more of it off because she loves to play with her long hair:).

I love the Dumbo queue so much. It's really impressive!

Hooray for haircuts! And clearly they needed a reward! Who doesn't in Disney?

I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOUR NEXT UPDAAAAATE!
Hahaha, yes, Starbucks and the Monorail count as attractions for me!
I love the next update...well, the version I have of it in my head, since I haven't typed it yet...the events were just perfect.;)

You are so sweet! I'm happy you got a break and could join us for a bit!
It's my dream to one day go during the Christmas season and tour the decorations. I can't wait to see pictures!

Yay! I'm so excited that you started a new TR! And I can't believe how far behind I am in it. I'm going to have to catch up but I'll definitely be following along!

-Emma.

So much great stuff in your update!

Haircuts! New stuffed friends! And the great news that Starbucks drinks are one credit for any size!

I'm glad you're here! But it'll be easy to catch up--I'm pretty slow!:rotfl:

So much great stuff in your update!

Haircuts! New stuffed friends! And the great news that Starbucks drinks are one credit for any size!
And it may be the best news I've ever received:lmao:!!!

Following along! Your children are beautiful!

I wanted to share with you that this past October we had my son assessed for his speech because he had not started talking yet and he was 18 months old. After the assessment they informed us that he was showing signs of Autism. We are in the intervention steps right now and he has Behavioral and Speech Therapy every week. He will be re-assessed in April to see if she is still showing the same signs, if so we will go for further assessment and receive any official diagnosis. My son is one of the most affectionate kids you will meet (once he gets to know you) and he is already starting to interact more with others.

I tell you all of this because when I saw and read about your daughter Brynn it gave me hope as a Mom! She seems to be such a happy little girl and lives such a beautiful life, and she lets people experience the world through her eyes which is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your story with us!

:goodvibes This just makes me so happy to read!
Yes, Brynn IS such a happy little girl. She's things that people said she might never be: loving, funny, affectionate. She's quirky, but she's perfect, and I know you feel the same way about your son!
Thanks for reading along:flower3:.

I haven't been quite an updating machine lately, so I apologize. I realize that if I do this update, Dani (danimaroo) and I will actually be at pretty much the same place in our TRs, so I've got to play catch-up!

We had our glorious Starbucks pick-me-ups and decided to head into Tomorrowland. We always use the Tomorrowland Terrace walkway to get there for a few reasons.

1. It is covered. For a few sweet moments, a sun shade.

2. It seems to be air conditioned a bit. This could be our imaginations or just a good breeze through there, but it always feels nice.

And most importantly,
3. Those hidden bathrooms are spectacular. Just a few feet away are bathrooms that are perpetually crowded, but somehow nobody thinks to look back into the closed restaurant...well, nobody except us potty professionals.

As soon as we exited into Tomorrowland, the girls spotted none other than Push the Talking Trashcan! We stopped and interacted with him for a while, dancing, hearing jokes, and generally having a good time.

Brandon and I sort of stood back and let the girls do their thing, and we were laughing more because of the memory of our second trip here. Julia was just a tiny thing and we came across Push while we were in line to meet Alice. He poked fun at Julia and just didn't know when to stop (or didn't care), and everyone was laughing. Julia took it as everyone laughing AT her, and she cried and screamed and was terrified. She told us she wanted to kick him and break him into a million pieces! So watching her happily playing with him now (she even hugged him!) was hilarious to us. When we were done, we asked if she remembered the last time she'd seen him, and she did not. She thought this was the first time she'd met him. Phew!!

Since we were just right here, we decided to go into our favorite place from last year, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor!

Right away, we noticed that it had been updated to include things from Monsters University. We were just laughing away, as usual, when this man in line in front of us (Brynn was in her chair, so we were in the wheelchair access line) gestured to her leg braces, sunglasses, and earmuffs and said, "What's wrong with her?" I resisted the urge that I always get to say that there's nothing "wrong" with her and instead let him know that she has dystonia and Aspergers. He said, "Oh, I'm glad it wasn't an injury." That left me pretty confused, but I did get the feeling that in some way he was trying to be nice but that it just came out weird. Before we went in, he told Brynn that she was beautiful, so the man and I could be friends again.

The show was so funny, as usual, and again became one of our favorites for the trip. We were happy to see all our monster friends' smiling faces and to just laugh and laugh. We may or may not be the loudest family EVER.
Once that was over, we headed for one of our other favorites, Carousel of Progress, or as Sawyer calls it, "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow." It's seriously one of his favorite songs...that's normal for toddlers, right?? Brandon took almost exclusively video in here, but he did snag one photo for me:

I have always wondered what's on the bulletin board, so he did a zoom shot so I could see! Ever since, we have a new inside joke--Marty called. Wants changes. I know it's one of those stupid things that only the people who use the joke understand, but since I report everything, I'm throwing in that tidbit.

Next up was Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Even now, it was a walk-on. I love September!

The girls sat with me. Julia was in charge of shooting, and Brynn was in charge of spinning...and boy did she spin! I seriously had to ask her to slow it down a bit so I didn't get sick. She was serious about her job, I guess.

Brandon and Sawyer were next to us. I swear Sawyer is in the picture. Look closely.

After defending the galaxy from the evil emperor Zurg, we tried to get the obligatory picture of the kids behind bars, but it seems I took video accidentally instead. Wrong camera setting. Oops.

Also, this was our first attempt at adding our ride photos to our PhotoPass+, and it was quick and easy, I'm happy to report.

Next up was the most relaxing ride in the World: Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover. It's pretty much the most perfect ride created.

We gave Julia the Go Pro video camera during the ride. If I thought Brynn's spinning in Buzz made me sick, I was wrong. Viewing that video once we got home made me truly ill.

We heard, "Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow." My kids laugh and laugh every time they hear that...okay, me, too...

Once that was over, it was time for us to go to our early dinner ADR. The girls and I went to get Brynn's stroller and Sawyer and Brandon went to get the double stroller, which was over near Monsters Inc. While we were separated, I heard someone calling my name. It was Katt (katt789)! Dismeet! Julia took our picture and it posted to Instagram. I know I sent her the picture but now can't find it, so maybe she'll post it?

We had to run quickly, so we said our goodbyes and headed to our next destination, Tony's Town Square, for our ADR.

In the short amount of time it took us to get to the restaurant, Sawyer decided to nap. OF COURSE. I ran inside to ask if I needed to wake him up or if we could bring in the double stroller. They said we could bring it in, and as soon as we got everyone settled watching Lady and the Tramp, our name was called.

Now, knowing we had a ginormous stroller and knowing they had an empty restaurant (remember, this ADR was very early), I am confused as to why they put us in a corner table. Normally, I'd LOVE this seat. However, we had to move tables to scooch the stroller back there, and though our server assured us that this would not be a problem, that wasn't exactly the case.
Sawyer snored while we enjoyed our surroundings. It really is quite pretty in here, and the girls loved the theme since they adore this movie so much.

We looked through the menus, and the kids immediately knew what they wanted.

Julia chose the kids' cheese pizza with fruit salad as her dessert.

It was pizza, so she loved it, but she did leave a piece for her brother to eat once he woke up.

Brynn chose the multi-grain cheese dippers with fruit salad. It also came with green beans.

Of course she took off the edges and cut them into shapes she liked, but she enjoyed the meal and actually ate quite a bit, especially for her!

Looking through the menu, I liked parts of some dishes and parts of others. When I couldn't decide, I talked to my server and she let me concoct my own dish! That means mine isn't on the menu, but I ended up with Fettuccine noodles, Alfredo sauce, and the chicken from the Chicken Parmigiana.

It was actually delicious! The chicken was very buttery, which I love. Anything with butter is good with me, and I could tell it had been browned in some for sure. Plus, Alfredo sauce is rich and delicious pretty much all the time, so it didn't disappoint. I ate and ate, but I feel like I barely put a dent in it! I saved some for later in case Sawyer wanted it, but I still felt like I was wasting a good bit.

Brandon chose the NY Strip Steak with Red Wine Butter, Tony's Potatoes, and seasonal vegetables (in this case, asparagus).

The verdict here? Obviously it isn't the best cut of steak, which he noted, but he knew that going in. He said it was seasoned really well, though, and cooked to the correct temperature/pinkness. His favorite part was the potatoes, though! He was surprised by how much he enjoyed them. For a one-credit steak meal, he thought it was very good.
For my dessert, I chose chocolate gelato, and I gave it right
to the girls. I'm not a big dessert person in general, and we were already going to be eating plenty of desserts later that night (which they didn't know about at this point).

Brandon ordered the Chef's Signature Cheesecake, and in this case it was pumpkin flavored. It was presented beautifully.

He encouraged me to take a bite since I usually love all things pumpkin.

YOU GUYS. OH. MY GOSH. DELICIOUS!!!!!! No joke, this is probably the best dessert I've ever had on Disney property. It wasn't as thick as a normal cheesecake texture, just light and a great mix of spices and sweetness. Nothing overpowered anything else. It was just perfect. I ate most of it and could have eaten ten more. Coming from someone who doesn't do dessert, this was a big deal!

When we finished our meal (and when I had taken some ibuprofen for my headache), we had to sit and wait as two other tables finished up so we could move their tables and get our huge stroller out. We made a break for it as soon as the last guy stood up.

The girls had to make a stop at the beautiful fountain, of course.

We had heard very mixed reviews about Tony's Town Square. I'd even say they leaned towared the negative. We had to go there since the kids are so in love with Lady and the Tramp, so we sucked it up and booked it. We are so glad we did! And if I had to guess, I'd say we'll be back.

Dani and Matt texted us to let us know they were waiting near the Partners statue, and we told them we'd meet up with them after a quick potty break. I think they pretty much expected that to be our standard answer by now.

While Brandon waited on us, he took this shot, which I love. See, potty breaks are beneficial in more ways than one!

As we turned the corner to head towards Dani and Matt, we were bombarded by the sight of a balloon seller, and (OHMYGOSHMOMPLEASE) we had to have a couple. I don't carry much cash, so in order to get two balloons, I had to take some coins out of our pressed pennies pouch.

What we failed to think of was that it was sort of windy...and when you walk in wind with balloons, you (and anyone near you) get beaten about the head with said balloon...over...and over...

At least it was comical.

**CONTINUED BELOW, KEEP READING!!**

**CONTINUED FROM ABOVE POST**

FINALLY, we made it to Dani and Matt.

We chitchatted about our days so far, and Dani showed me her IASW Magic Bands cover (squeeee!!!) and told me one of her charm thingies had popped off.

As we talked, Matt was used for his height by my girls. Who better to reach all those shiny Mickey heads just beyond their reach over the fence?! Together, Matt and the girls found a nice stack of them. Apparently they are like gold to the under eight set.

We also did some pin trading. It's also very serious business.

Dani and Matt had some FPs to use, so we decided that we'd go grab some FPs for Space Mountain for Brandon and the two of them while they rode whatever it was that they rode. We'd meet up soon.

SO, off we went, back into Tomorrowland.

Not much happened during this time.

We grabbed the FPs.

We stopped at a dance party over on a stage in Tomorrowland, and the girls danced a while.

It was at this point that Sawyer woke up and decided to munch on some of our leftovers.

We walked over to see if Barnstormer had a short line, and it didn't. Julia was mad.

I think that's about it. Bummer. Sorry to disappoint, guys.

Soon, Dani and Matt came over and grabbed Brandon for a ride on Space Mountain.

Poor Brandon. His wife has had her fill of Space, and Julia, who used to proclaim her love for it, will no longer ride. It's a good thing he had friends.
And aren't these the BEST sort of friends!?!

Oh, yes.

And did you know that Dani is a screamer? Like, WHOA, she's a screamer like a crazy lady.

Meanwhile, I rode PeopleMover with the kids. As we went through Space Mountain, do you know what we heard? Crazy lady screaming! Sawyer gasped. "Mom, I heard Dani screeeeeaammm!!"

As soon as we met back up with the others, Sawyer had to tell her that he heard her scream. And he had to tell her over and over all night long, just to make sure she understood. He was so proud of himself. He kind of makes me melt sometimes.

I can't remember if we did Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor before or after Space, but I know it happened. Matt was reluctant to see it, for good reason. But this show was all about Sawyer.

As you may know, they occasionally choose a kid from the audience to ask some questions. They did NOT choose Sawyer. But Sawyer did not know that.

The kid they picked was, let's face it, a dud. He/she was quiet, either not answering the questions or answering them so quietly that we couldn't hear if they were funny or not. So, not surprisingly, the people around us listened to Sawyer's answers instead and were laughing at him! I'm glad he could entertain them. I wouldn't want the Laugh Floor to be disappointing for anyone!

Monster: "What do you want to be when you grown up?"
Sawyer: "A DINOSAURRRRRR!!!!!!!!"

Cue audience laughter. This kid doesn't need a microphone, people.
Our tour of Tomorrowland somewhat complete, we steered the crew in the direction of our next destination, the Wishes Dessert Party...only I was the only one in my family who knew about it! SURPRISE!!!

We got our wristbands while Matt and Dani got seated at their table not far from ours. My family was confused as to what was happening. I slowly explained that there was a dessert bar, and they could eat as many desserts as they wanted for the next hour. And I explained that we would stay right here while the MSEP, the projection show, and Wishes happened. (To be fair, it's not a good view of MSEP, but it's not intended for that. We could see some of it, though, and could definitely hear the music.)

They started to catch on once they saw the desserts.

We just had so much time to eat and walk around and socialize...it was nice. SO NICE.

"Daniiiii, I heard you screeeeeamm!!!"

And see that lovely lady in the green? Why, that's none other than Susie (beachphotog)!! We were lucky enough to meet up with her and her sweet Mama!

When Wishes started, Sawyer and I watched from our seats, while Brandon and the girls stood at the railing. Lots of people get up when the show starts, but you can still see plenty of fireworks.

Brandon took video of them, but pictures? Lacking. FIREWORKS FAIL, DUDE. There may be some pictures hidden in those huge raw files that my little old computer can't even see, so maybe he will add them later if he actually took any. I apologize for my husband's lack of photographic proof that we saw Wishes.

When this was over, we made our way out of Magic Kingdom. It was open for just a bit longer, but we were exhausted; we had been here since before it opened, and now it was close to closing! (Wishes had been at 10:00, I believe.)

Everyone fell asleep on the way back. We piled them into strollers, then lugged them out of them once we got to the room.

Yes, we did eventually put them in their correct beds...after we rested for a minute...

The next morning would come early, and we had a full day planned hanging out with some of our favorite people!

Next Up: Epcot, surprise tours, lunch with friends...the works!

What a nice surprise to come home to after my crazy snow filled day!! I still think it is soooo awesome that you and Dani and Matt and your family got to spend so much time together !! and there is a picture of Brynn looking at Danni during the dessert party that literally makes my heart melt- B has a look of pure admiration and you can just tell D is amazing with the kiddies.

Cracking up about Sawyer in the Laugh Floor, kid seems like a complete trip. LoL!!

Surprise, surprise... I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS UPDATE! Oh my gosh, it really is SO much fun reading things from your end and seeing what you guys were up to when we were doing something else. Plus the photos! I LOVE the photo of Brynn and Sawyer looking at me while we're just chatting away at the party, since we are confirmed BFFs these days. Basically I just really adore your whole family, but you already know that.

I'm so glad you were able to surprise Brandon and the kids with the Dessert Party! It was such a good surprise, too. We had so much fun with you guys that evening, and Sawyer on Monsters Inc. was the best thing.. well that and "I HEARD YOU SCREEEEAAAAM!" Oh my gosh that boy is too precious. So funny, I can just picture his little face and his voice saying that over and over again. It was the cutest.

Sorry, but I just love this update so much. Also, Brandon is such a pro at capturing some of the best moments on camera, I love it. :goodvibes
