DAS cast member chat queue question

So I was put into the chat queue for the DAS pass at disneyland at 1:53. At 2:08 there was an automated message telling me to reply "yes" if we are still wanting to wait and if we don't respond, they will close the chat. I didn't see the message until 2:17 but responded yes at that time.

There's been no message after that.

How do I know if I'm still actually in the queue? I'm worried I waited to long to reply.

It's 2:36 now.

Ope. Nevermind. Just got the "are you still here" message again. So looks like I'm still in the queue. Phew!

Wish it had made a sound to alert me of a message though!

I’m now on my fourth try to get to speak to rep. Previous 3 times were an hour each then had to jump off. I’ve never had to wait this long! Is this the new normal?

I seem to recall reading that DL DAS wait times are quite lengthy, especially in weekends.

Whew! Finally got through … 2.5 hours!

Mine ended up being about an hour. The last couple times I did it, i think it was closer to 2.
