I work in a hospital. If I make a pot of coffee, I get to have a free cup!

But really, it is a non-profit hospital, and we do good work, so its ok.
I totally admire that. It's my goal to work in a place where I truly make a difference someday, but for now I've sold my soul and I'm socking away the $$$ with the hope of getting to that better life.
I'm a one of the fortunate Silicon Valley workers. The competition for talent has driven some companies to go all out on this stuff and I work for one of them.

The one I really love is all the points/miles I accrue on my corporate charge cards. My family is able to fly free in first class with my points.
There is a price to pay. They give us much of this stuff so we don't need to leave the office and we keep working, working, working! There are rooms to sleep and shower in and just about everyone has an extra change of clothes on hand. When I do leave, I have to stay connected by cell phone and blackberry. They own me.
