What kind of dining do you want to see in the theme park

I always miss not being able to eat at a good fried seafood restaurant while I'm at WDW. They could add this and theme it as a Pirates of the Caribbean restaurant. That said, I like the above suggestion as well.

I am going to answer my own question. But I thought screens under neither the dinners. Showcasing planets and space would be awesome . And the diners order the meal on tablets. And you have nitrogen ice cream. Which I think will be cool but might leave some diners cold.

I think Indian, Thai and greek food would be a great addition. Table service.

The one Indian dish I found at Disney, I had the misfortune of ordering. Skip the chicken masala, and Rose & Crown is a great restaurant.

Now I want some curry. Gah!

Hmm...

Either authentic Mexican- mostly, I'd really like authentic tacos and better margaritas...

Or Ethiopian...

Or Afghani...

Or Thai...

Or Indian...

I could go for dim sum...ooooh, there's an idea- WDW definitely would be an ideal place for a Din Tai Fung.

You know, really I'd just like food with authentic flavor. A lot of the stuff at WDW just seems really dumbed down and bland. I get why they do it, but there are so many places to eat on property they really don't need to. It's not like the parks are only visited by Americans. And I've eaten at plenty of off property places that get the flavor right but still have a fusion/hip vibe going.

At the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party, they did "freeze" Nutella into ice cream with liquid nitrogen. It was fun and really fit in with the theme.

Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs is definitely authentic Mexican. I know it's not at one of the theme parks, but it's worth a trip to Disney Springs - we had a hard time choosing from the many menu selections! Everything was delicious, the service was outstanding and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Another vote for Ethopian and especially authentic flavors. Give those of us that really want the whole experience a chance to have it. My folks swear Marrakesh was much more authentic when I was little. We went there every trip, every year. I thought it was amazing, but I was a kid who was VERY adventurous and we didn't have that kind of food in Nashville at the time so course my young mind was blown!

I was so disappointed by Marrakesh. I mean it was kind of a treat because Moroccan is tough to find at home anyway but it was SO dumbed down. And the sad thing is that I don't see the purpose for that- people who aren't going to eat morrocan food aren't going to step in there in the first place!

That is really good to know!! Thanks! I really didn't expect DS to be so huge and sadly just didn't have time to see much of it!

That's why now I've abandoned Marrakesh for Spice Road Table. The flavors are just more vibrant.

More Vegetarian/Vegan choices everywhere mostly QS (please no more Veggie burgers, unless they are made from Scratch and not Frozen Boca burgers)

Omg, yes!!! I really would love more veggie variety on quick service. I know that people say there's a lot of variety already but I don't personally consider different types of meat and fried food to be "variety".

Indonesian. I grew up eating that in Holland and it's excellent. A good creole/Cajun restaurant would be nice too.

Decent Cuban would be a great addition too. Don't talk to me about Bongo's. The food there is just bad, regardless of cuisine type.
