If someone has a thread and it shows this photo what does it mean please? some have it and some don’t. It is not showing as CLOSED in the title

They have either rented their points and closed the thread. Or ran out of time allowed for the post to be up, they can only be open for thirty days from approval. More rules are in the threads pinned at the top of that board.
