What kind of characters can you have at your reception?

What kind of characters can you have at your reception? Is it just fur characters like Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, etc. or can it be some face characters like Cinderella, Belle, etc.?

i have seen a video on youtube of a beautiful japanese wedding and they had Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Chip n Dale, Stitch and they also had Cinders.. so yes i believe you can have face characters

I've read that there are some restrictions & certain characters cannot be seen together....like I don't think you can mix the princesses. I'm also not sure if you can have villians.

In pics and videos I've seen Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Goofy, Cinderella & Prince Charming, I think Belle and her prince, I also think I've seen the Animal Kingdom type characters.

we asked about stitch and were told no! the wedding site info lists basically the fab 5, but we are doing an alice brunch reception and that offers alice and the mad hatter. so who knows?

wonder why some of this info is/isn't passed on to those planning? we started out looking at the escape packages which were just a tad small, and we never were told, suggested or received anything even suggesting you could add another body or two....

That is weird, MegKate recently had a wedding in Disney and she had Stitch and Donald at her reception. What reason did they give? Is it because of your venue location?

And just to add, you cannot have the Winnie the Pooh characters either, due to licensing stuff.

That's wierd that you can't mix the princesses, in my opinion. I wouldn't want villians anyway. Ha I would love to have mickey and minnie and also one of the princesses and her prince. That would be awesome

If you are at Living Seas, you can ask to have Scuba Mickey. Its really a neat thing. He swims up to the window and is there for about 15 min or so. You can pose for photos with him and they come out great. Our guest were really surprised and very much enjoyed Scuba Mickey.
