O.k. all you UBER visitors :thumbsup2, why do you keep coming back year after year? I’m talking about those who make annual (or more) trips, for like 10+ years…

Does it get old?

How does Disney feel to you, versus the first few visits?

How is your touring style different? What IS your touring style now?

What’s important to you on your stays, since that you’ve pretty much experienced it all?

It never gets old
It feels magical and wonderful EVERY time.
Touring style is more relaxed. We don't stress over ride closures or not seeing a parade.(I personally hate viewing the parades, but my kids like them)
The only important thing now is to have fun and stay positive.

And ride Haunted Mansion as many times as possible.

Does it get old?
No, there is always something new to see or try. We always try something different in every trip, different hotel, different restaurants, different tours, different parties, different festivals, etc. There is so much to do.

How does Disney feel to you, versus the first few visits?
It feels different, but in a good way.

How is your touring style different? The only difference that I would say from our first visit is that we don't rush or try to fit everything in one trip. We know we are going back so there is no pressure.

What is your touring style now? I always make touring plans that hasn't change. Although now we know exclacly what we want to do or not do that trip, or where we want to take a break. Now we usually do afternoon breaks everyday vs. staying all day in the park.

What’s important to you on your stays, since that you’ve pretty much experienced it all? I can't say I have expirience it all. There is still a big list of things we want to do in our next trips. To us is important to stay on site and eat atleast one TS a day.

For our touring style, I think now that we've seen it all, we're happy not seeing all four parks every time, just picking and choosing. For example, last summer, we did two days at DHS, mostly for the Frozen stuff and one day at MK, skipping the other two.

This also helps make the parks we skip more fun and new for the next time we are there.

We used to do Disney only but we've also added in the Universal parks into our rotation so that makes six great parks to rotate (7 if you count Seaworld!)

We've been going to WDW since the late 70s. We lived in Florida for a time, but mostly we've traveled some pretty considerable distances to get there. We've lost count of our trips, it's probably around 60-70 including day trips and stays of up to a week. As for your questions..

Does it get old? No, but it gets different.

How does Disney feel to you, versus the first few visits? More like home every trip.

How is your touring style different? What IS your touring style now? Recovering park commandos, now more leisurely.

What’s important to you on your stays, since that you’ve pretty much experienced it all? Getting a mix of our old favorites along with some new experiences. :earsboy:

ETA: After I posted I just went back and read the others replies. Quite a bit of commonality there!

Does it get old?
No.

My first visits there were as a kid, so it's different as an adult (hard to describe why; it just is) but still just as enjoyable.

How is your touring style different? What IS your touring style now?
The more I go, the less I worry about doing as much as possible. I know that if I miss something this time, I can just do it next time. Our last vacation, we didn't do anything in Tomorrowland; however, it didn't stress me out because I knew we would be back.

What’s important to you on your stays, since you've pretty much experienced it all?
I haven't experienced it all. Even with all the times I have been, there are many things I haven't done or seen. It's just important to me that I have a good time and try something new if possible.

It has not gotten old we experience something new everytime we go.

First visit it was amazing and it stills stays the same, we just feel more familiar with where things are.

First time we went, we didn't know how to tour. We were expecting our local one day amusement park. Now, we are relaxed take things one day at a time and enjoy every moment. We like to stop and take it all in. I want to hold my memories until our next visit.

We have not experienced it all. We try to cater each vacation to be different and to coordinate it with where we are staying. I have found that is how we experience differnent things each trip.

Every trip is different.

Some things we've grown tired of, some things will (hopefully) forever make us smile.

What makes us go back over-and-over (besides owning DVC - a Vacation Club / Time Share, and my in-laws living close by), is that Disney is good clean fun for everyone.

I have found the Parks have become less a focus and more a healthy diversion for a balanced vacation.

Even with all the times I have been, there are many things I haven't done or seen. It's just important to me that I have a good time and try something new if possible.

Same here. I always try to seek out something new, even if it's something minor. It's amazing how many little things we haven't seen yet. Changing up the time of year too.

Disney still feels magical. pixiedust: It's the only place I can be 8 years old and wear my princess baseball cap :cloud9:

We still do rope drop but we know that we will be going 3 times a year so doing everything isn't a necessity on every trip. princess: We still haven't seen and done everything!

What’s important to you on your stays, since that you’ve pretty much experienced it all?

Relaxing and enjoying the weather. Spending time together (it's just the two of us most of the trips). Staring at the castle :earsgirl:

Disney never gets old since there is so much to do and see.

On our first few visits, we didn't know much about the parks and all of the amazing things that are around Disney property. Even though it was magical, we did not fall in love with the parks until we stayed on Disney property for the first time. Now when we go, we know so much more about everything there is to do and special experiences that you could miss out on of you do not do research before you go. Every trip is so different especially when you go at different times of the year. Sometimes it feels like a totally different theme park in a positive way.

When we first went to disney, we started off with no plans and quickly learned when you haven't experienced the parks before, that was probably not the best idea. The first couple of on property stays were so planned out that we got to see a lot but the trips were very stressful. Now, our vacations are more relaxed and we like to do things we haven't done before or where the crowds aren't around. Of course we still do the popular attractions, but only when we get a fastpass.

Something that is important to us is enjoying the resort that we are at and taking time to walk around each theme park and look at all of the details that the imagineers have put into everything. We definitely forget how detailed everything is when we are trying to focus on what attraction or dinner reservation we have to get to next!

I keep coming back for that feeling that I still get when I walk down Main Street and see the castle in front of me. It's that feeling I cannot explain but I bet almost everyone here understands.

There is always something new, always something I haven't done, always something I want to do again or try a different way.

Does it get old? No. I went many times as a child and my DW didn't so for her she's still experiencing a lot of things for the first time (so am I.) For example, neither of us had ever ridden Space Mountain nor Big Thunder Mountain and so since we've been married we got to experience those things together for the first time (space Mountain for the only time lol.) For us, it's all about experiences. You never know when you're going to see a CM interact with someone in a special way (or with you for that matter.) Granted there are those not so magical experiences from time to time but you have to overlook them in favor of the good ones. We attended MNSSHP for the first time last year and it totally renewed our love for WDW. The Mad Hatter, Alice, Tweedle Dee & Dum both got out of the Boo To You parade and danced with us on Main Street because we were bopping along to the music (it's very catchy if you've never heard it.) I'm 32 now and have been to WDW at least 30 times and that will go down as my best trip yet so as you can see, there's always a new magical experience just waiting around the corner.

How does Disney feel to you, versus the first few visits? Still magical. As someone else said, walking in and seeing the castle at the end of Main Street never gets old. The sights and sounds of main street, especially right after rope drop, just bring back so many memories. Again, having gone as a child, I still usually cry during the fireworks or the electrical parade just because I think back to the times I stood there with my mom & dad watching them. It's a very nostalgic experience for me.

How is your touring style different? What IS your touring style now? We don't sweat it. We know if we miss something this time, we'll be back again. Also, we never used to do FastPass at all but I'm one of those now that feels like I have to (I know you don't.) We typically will navigate the same path through the parks every time so I'll book our FastPass+'s around the time I think we'll be in that area. Sometimes we need to use them, sometimes we don't. I never fool with getting the rolling extra FastPass, just not worth the trouble for me.

What’s important to you on your stays, since that you’ve pretty much experienced it all? The classic rides, HM, POTC, Jungle Cruise (or Jingle Cruise if it's during the holidays.) For us, 2 adults and no kids it's all about spending time together and there's no place we'd rather spend it than WDW.

It doesn't get old for us :) We have been going every 12-18 mos since 2003. We went sporadically before then (only because we couldn't afford it). We find something new to do every time we go and we all love it! We have 4 kids (25, 19, 16, and 7) and have a DSIL and a DGD due in June :) Cant wait to take her for her first trip this fall. I don't think we will ever get tired of going and I wish we could afford to do multiple trips each year! We have stayed off property and at every level on property from Value to Villa. Love them all!

Never gets old. I haven't been in over 3 years so I am ready for a trip to come already. Having some mobility issues with my knees right now that I am working on through therapy. Havent reserved a scooter yet but when I get and find that I need one I will rent one. That will be a different experience for me. I love the idea of walking into MK and seeing the castle for the first time in awhile.

Never gets old!

I actually enjoy it more now - it's easier once you know the ropes and know what you like and don't like.

My touring style is get there at rope drop and also have morning FP+ rezzies and get most of what I want done before lunch, then enjoy lunch and park hop and if I can get more FP+ at the next park great, if not just take it at a leisure pace.

A quiet place to sleep, being able to stay at least a full weekend to weekend, and most days in MK and Epcot.

Does it get old? Of course it gets old, but not in a bad way.

How does Disney feel to you, versus the first few visits? More relaxed. I enjoy doing the things I really like and I enjoy finding things to do we have never done before. Yes after 15 visits there are plenty of things we have never done.

How is your touring style different? What IS your touring style now? Our style hasn't changed that much but it is more relaxed knowing we have done most things many times. We still like to hit it hard at RD and after we break for lunch we sort of wing it in a relaxed way.

What’s important to you on your stays, since that you’ve pretty much experienced it all? relaxing and enjoying the experience. Our first few trips were spent trying to get it all done but now we don't have to.

One thing is I do get tired of WDW after our fifth day. That is about my limit.
