After seeing all of the are you from... state threads. It got me thinking(dangerous I know ) how about if you all would list what items are made in your state.
I live in PA. we have...

Crayola Crayons
Stroehmann Bread
Snyder Pretzel

Martin Guitar

These are the few off the top of my head, there are more I just can't think of them right now.

Well, it used to be iron ore and taconite, but they are all depleted now! We are the home of the Mall of America, Pillsbury foods, General Mills, Land O'Lakes dairy products, the Mayo Clinic, Medtronics pace makers, Dairy Queen, SPAM, Green Giant...etc etc. Do you get the idea we have a food thing going on here?

We have a high percentage of students per capita that go to college or junior college

So does WI. My son went on a tour and he said the headquarters are in Milwaukee WI and they make the engines for Haryley's in Milwaukee. Harley Davidson just bought some major property down in Milwaukee and they are going to build a museum.

WI also has the Mercury outboard motors plant in Fond du Lac.

In Mayville WI, the have factories that makes the outer hardware for computers, but they cannot get quality steel, it is all being sent to China.

Cheese-every kind you can think of, but it is still expensive
(3.45 a pound for cheddar).

I can't think of anything else.
