Something happening to my kids

Also spiders...in particular those big brown jumping spiders. I had a nightmare about them last night, in fact. And shiny black ones are nasty, too....yikes! I'm getting creeped out just thinking about them!

Something happening to one of my sons ....

I've already been through a divorce, lost the life I thought I'd always lead. The only thing worse that I can imagine is something happening to one of my kids.

LOL-I could have written this exact thing-I don't go into the ocean because of my fear of sharks(and whales), and yet I'm still afraid. @@

But yes, something happening to my kids- makes me sick if the thought even crosses my mind. That's my #1.
My son has a hole in his heart(atrial septal defect) that will have to be closed within the next couple of yeras, and though it is a common procedure, and once it's done he will be 100% fine(and is now as well-but if we didn't close it, it could cause problems down the road), I imagine sitting in that waiting room while he's in surgery and I can not deal.
Fire also has always been a big fear-not a good fear to have when you're husband is a firefighter.
I'm also afraid of something happening to ME and my children being motherless. Auuugh, too many worries!

ANYTHING,,happening to my son,,,its a constant fear,,


but for me ,,I am so worried about getting a blood clot..I HAVE NO CLUE why,,but it is something I think about EVERY TIME I have a little pain in my leg,,,


AND I HATE ROACHES UHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGG!!!

Mine used to be dying, now it's everyone I love dying and me being left alone - alive

Other than that I'm not really too afraid of anything. Well, except maybe - being buried alive

I have moved away from my parents for the first time. I am 26 and they are in their early fifties. They are my best friends. My biggest fear is that I will turn around and they will be suddenly getting older and sick and I will have to face losing them someday.

right now,,, biggest fear is that drs wont be able to fix my eye, i'll lose the use of it completely and never be able to return to work in full capacity,

That I will not be allowed to die a dignified death and will instead be placed on machines, with tubes etc. I have made my wishes very clear, even at my fairly young age (42).

Planes falling out of the sky or crashing into buildings. Even before 9/11, I would have this nightmare of a plane crashing into our cul de sac, and when I would try to call 911, I couldn't dial the phone correctly. When I finally would get the number dialed, a huge helicopter would fall right in front of me. Then, thank God, I'd wake up!!
When I saw the images of 9/11 on my TV, it was like being in one of my nightmares.
I'm not really afraid of flying, it's the falling out of the sky I have trouble with.
