What is your "Secret" Movie??

My "secret" movie is Dawn of the Dead. No one I know would guess that I enjoy zombie movies

Mine is Class starring Jacqueline Bissett and Rob Lowe.

The Cutting Edge!!!!

I just love D.B. Sweeney! :thumbsup2

ees toe pick!

that has to be one of my all time favorites (and I actually know a lot of people who feel the same way!) :thumbsup2

I also like Clue - DH bought it for me but refuses to watch it... :rotfl:

um...most of what has been mentioned here are GREAT movies! :rotfl2: seriously, I think we own most of them...what that says about us... :confused3 DH wouldn't call them guilty pleasures, he would say that they are great movies...

School Ties, BABY!

When it was in the theaters I was 22 or 23. I saw it (by myself) 7 times in the theaters. Now that I'm 34, I still watch it, over and over and over. School Ties is a cinematic masterpiece!
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this movie!! Don't you just want to clock Matt Damon? :)

I have a few movies that I love that nobody knows. (Of course, people who know me and then see the movies always think they're my kind of movie.)

Phantom of the Paradise (directed by Brian de Palma, staring Paul Williams)

Get to Know Your Rabbit (again, Brian de Palma, starring Tommy Smothers)

The Magic Sword (this is a Bert I. Gordon children's film, starring Gary Lockwood)

anything by Ed Wood

and my all time favorite, the one film I've probably seen more times than any other -

Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein

Bring it On

I love dirty dancing, grease (the 1st one) breakfast club, but don't consider those movies that warrent "hiding"

I love romantic comedies...no secret, but if they catch me watching Sleepless in Seattle or You've Got Mail one more time, they'll send me packin'!!

A third vote for Coal Miner's Daughter...I even have "You Ain't Woman Enough To Take My Man" on my IPod.
I think I feel a kinship to Loretta Lynn as I am originally from KY too. But the line in Coal Miner's Daughter "At night we'd sleep cause we were taaarrrd (tired)" just cracks me up every time.

Edited for spelling...duh.

"Dumb and Dumber". I like comedies that are pretty "mindless", but everyone I know says this one is a little too "mindless".

My husband HATES musicals so when he is out I watch West Side Story (natalie Wood) or Phantom of the Opera or Somewhere beyond the Sea.. or The sound of Music, or Wizard of Oz something like that

musicals :goodvibes
